🔗 Payment links this was requested several times and is now live. From any order you can quickly and easily send a payment link to your customers.
They'll see a your-company branded page and pay through Stripe, you see an instant update on your dashboard when their payment goes through.
Invoices & deposits will be coming soon, built on top of this functionality.
🎯 What it means for you? Easily collect outstanding payments or take payments from customers on the phone.

📆 Internal calendar improvements the internal calendar is the most important part of the dashboard for managing your bookings.
I've been working on improving it based on your feedback - we now have a Day view that works for very busy centres, and a Month view that gives you an overview of when you're busy and what staff you have on.
🎯 What it means for you? Quickly and easily see / plan your schedule in a way that works for you.

🚀 Dashboard stats the dashboard page is already customisable so you can control what you need to see when you log in.
I've also added some quick stats so you get a useful overview of how the last month has gone (with comparisons to the previous season once we have the data!) and how that fits into what you're building at your company.
🎯 What it means for you? See the info you need to see as soon as you login. Keep track of how the season is going without having to go digging in a complicated reporting system.
Coming next are waivers per participant (as opposed to per booking), and equipment hire variants. These have both been requested by more than one of you (particularly waivers per participant, which came up in every demo of waivers and made me wish I'd just built it that way in the first place!)
It's been really encouraging to see the same feature requests come up across so many centres. It tells me we're solving the right problems and building a tool that's genuinely specific to how outdoor centres operate.
