Product Updates
š²Ā Voice-to-text training logs.
Push-to-talk and record a log in natural speech. Ramble away (like I do) and our AI agent Bodhi sorts it - recognising times, dates, team members and categories, then handing you a tidy log to check and save - quick and easy at venue.
Why it matters: everyone's living in WhatsApp voice notes, outdoor folks don't want to be sat at a computer wrestling a spreadsheet, and training logs are critical but always the first thing to slip. Fixed!

Set a deposit on the activities that need one, get an email when the balance falls due, and collect it from the customer's stored card in one click. Easy for you, easy for them.

Sync your Swellbase bookings to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook and the rest. Settings > Integrations.
