Founder
Read the full storyAdam founded Swellbase after years running Blue Coast, his surf school and centre on the Moray Coast.
He is also a co-founder of Blue Lighthouse CIC, a non-profit delivering surf therapy sessions to frontline workers.
Before that he worked as a surf photographer, instructor and manager in centres in the UK and the Canary Islands.
Siobhán
Operator Partnerships
Siobhán was office manager at Kingsurf in Cornwall, running the bookings, the inbox and the timetable for a busy surf school. Before that she looked after customer experience at Ridestore.
She lives on the Moray Coast with her husband and dog.

Operator Outreach
Fin has worked at Blue Coast, Lost Shore and Narosa Life - a coastal centre, an inland surf lagoon and a surf and yoga retreat.
He is passionate about the outdoor industry and learning what makes businesses offering outdoor experiences successful.
