This post is part of a series, adapted from emails sent to owners of outdoor centres across the UK who kindly provided advice and input as Swellbase was developed.
A lot has been achieved over the last 2 weeks - we've had 9 Swellbase demo calls as well as making great progress on the roadmap. Here's a rundown of 2 major product updates:
Powerful, intuitive admin of bookings, refunds, customer comms
So much functionality is packed in here.
It's designed to be powerful but easy to understand, with helpful indicators for payments due, overpayments, notes etc. You won't have to click in and out of multiple screens to get the regular jobs done.
Adding manual bookings, editing or moving bookings, dealing with cancellations / refunds, sending bulk or individual customer notifications. All quick and easy from one place.
Waivers / Forms v1 - info-gathering made easy
Waivers v1 has configurable custom fields, automatic requests / reminders per booking, + signed waivers automatically connected to bookings and displayed clearly on your dashboard to those who need to see them.
We also have an immutable audit trail that records the IP address and timestamp of each signature and allows PDF downloads of signed waivers should you need them.
🔜 Coming soon to waivers are group signing links and signatures per participant as opposed to per booking, as these have been requested by several of you.

I'll be cracking on with some important features based on your requests over the next couple weeks. Looking forward to getting everyone onboarded in the week starting 16th March.
