The Help Centre homepage provides quick access to all our support resources:
- Search bar - Find articles quickly by keyword
- Browse by Category - Explore articles organised by topic
- Get in Touch - Contact our support team directly
Searching for Articles
The fastest way to find help is by using the search feature.
Using the Search Dialog

To search for articles:
- Click the Search help articles button or press ⌘ K (Mac) / Ctrl K (Windows)
- Type at least 2 characters to begin searching
- Use the arrow keys to navigate through results
- Press Enter to select an article
- Press Esc to close the search dialog
Use specific keywords related to your question for better search results. For example, search "password" to find articles about account security.
Browsing by Category

If you prefer to browse, you can explore articles by category:
- From the homepage, click on a category card (e.g., "Getting Started", "Features")
- View all articles within that category
- Click on any article to read it
Reading Articles
Each article is designed to be easy to read and follow:
Article Layout
- Breadcrumb navigation - See where you are and easily navigate back
- Title and description - Quick overview of what the article covers
- Last updated date - Know how current the information is
- Table of contents - Jump to specific sections (click "On this page")
- Step-by-step instructions - Clear guidance with screenshots
Callout Boxes
Articles may include special callout boxes:
- Tips - Helpful suggestions and best practices
- Notes - Additional information to be aware of
- Warnings - Important cautions to keep in mind
- Important - Critical information you shouldn't miss
